We’re Hiring

We’re currently looking for skilled, dependable professionals to join our team in the following roles:

Location: Lititz, PA
Type: Full Time, Day Shift

Job Summary

Assemblers will require skills such as reading schematics, drawings and quality control and technical mechanical knowhow.

  • Dexterity: Assemblers work with their hands, whether directly manipulating components or using controls on an assembly test bench.
  • Math: Basic math is needed due to the technical needs of many assembly parts.
  • Mechanical/Technical Skills: Assemblers need to be able to read and understand blueprints, manuals and work with computers, and machines to do their job. You will need to follow directions and be very organized.
  • Strength: some assembly jobs will require strength to lift heavy objects during the assembly process.
  • Stamina: Assemblers are on their feet for long periods of time often doing repetitive motions.

Location: Primarily remote, with monthly on-site visit to Lititz, PA
Type: Independent Consultant (1099)
Hours: Estimated 5–10 hours per month
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience)
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizens only


About Us
Fluid Conditioning Products, based in Lititz, Pennsylvania, is a manufacturing company specializing in high-performance filtration systems for aerospace, industrial, and military applications. We’re seeking a seasoned accounting professional to provide part-time support for our general ledger and tax needs—someone who can step in with expertise and minimal ramp-up.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly experienced Accounting Consultant with strong Epicor ERP experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment) to:

  • Oversee and maintain the general ledger
  • Provide monthly reconciliation and support tax-related activities
  • Ensure accurate accounting aligned with internal processes and compliance requirements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on financial health and reporting

What You’ll Do

  • Provide monthly accounting oversight (estimated 5–10 hours/month)
  • Perform GL reconciliation, journal entries, and tax-related accounting
  • Collaborate with internal staff and external tax professionals as needed
  • Use Epicor ERP to generate reports and maintain accounting accuracy
  • Travel to our Lititz, PA facility approximately once per month for in-person coordination

Who You Are

  • Experienced accountant with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Epicor ERP, particularly within a manufacturing setting
  • Comfortable working as an independent consultant (1099)
  • Organized, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Located within reasonable driving distance of Lititz, PA
  • A U.S. citizen (required for this engagement)

Experience programming CNC machinery required. Precision and attention to detail are critical.

Must be comfortable operating and maintaining CNC lathes in a fast-paced production environment.

Looking for experienced machinists familiar with manual lathes, mills, and hands-on fabrication.
